Obiano Presents Certificates Of Recognition To Four New Traditional Rulers
Traditional Rulers of Aguluzigbo, Achalla, Ogbunka and Owelle Communities of Anambra State have received ‘Certificates of Recognition’ from the State Government.
Governor Willie Obiano on Wednesday 3rd March 2021, performed the function at the Governor's Lodge, Amawbia.
–Igwe Rufus Ugochinyelu Ilodiuba was recognized as the Traditional Ruler of Aguluzigbo in Anaocha Council Area.
–Igwe Sunny Nwokedi was recognised as the Traditional Ruler of Achalla in Awka North Council Area.
–Igwe JohnMark Anyaoha was recognised as the Traditional Ruler of Ogbunka in Orumba South Council Area.
–Igwe Raymond Omoja was recognised as the Traditional Ruler of Owelle in Anambra West Council Area.
The event was graced by Senator Dr. Victor Umeh and his wife – Lady Prisca Umeh, Chairman of the South East and Anambra State Traditional Rulers' Council – Igwe Alfred Achebe, Traditional Ruler of Mbaukwu – Igwe Peter Anugwu, Traditional Ruler of Akweze — Igwe Ndubuisi Okpala, Anambra State President of Ohanaeze Ndigbo – Prince Emeka Udodeme, Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters – Chief Greg Obi, Special Adviser to the Governor on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters – Barr. Vera Okonkwo, among others.
